After his recovery, Cal returns to Thundarr City. To the world, he seems changed—humbled by his near-death experience and reconciled with his family’s choices. He even makes a public statement in support of the Faros family and announces his intent to rebuild Cal Cola as a cleaner, stronger company.

But behind closed doors, Cal harbors a storm. He can’t shake the image of his mother choosing Faro—his cousin—over everything else. He smiles, but his heart is cold. Nightly, as Kestrel, he roams the rooftops, his mind torn between justice and vengeance.
Meanwhile, Faro and Rita retreat to the Thundarr Forest with baby Sulari. They rebuild their strength and resolve, with Tiwa guiding them back to their full power as Falcon and Shecon. But something lingers in Rita’s heart—a whisper of doubt. She senses Cal’s conflict.
After recovering from his near-fatal wound, Cal Faros returned to Thundarr City not with gratitude in his heart—but with fire in his veins. Though he had called Faro “Father” and hugged Rita with a smile, it had all been an act. In truth, Cal’s pride was shattered, and in its place grew a cold hunger for power and vengeance.
In the depths of Clown Tower, Mr. Clown waited in his penthouse war room, a cigar smoldering beside a holo-map of Thundarr. Beside him stood Flint Faros—alive, brooding, and still masked in mystery.
Cal arrived quietly, dressed as Kestrel but without his sword. He stood before the two men, eyes steely and voice calm.
“I’ve thought about it,” Cal said. “Faro betrayed everything our family stood for. Rita chose him over us… over me. I want to build a new order—and I need allies who understand retribution.”
Clown leaned back, smirking. “So, the Falcon’s heir has finally cracked.”
“I’m not cracking,” Cal replied. “I’m evolving.”
Flint stepped forward, his voice gravelly. “What do you propose?”
“A pact,” Cal said. “We take down Faro. We expose Rita. And we make the people of Thundarr follow a new legacy—ours.”
Mr. Clown poured three glasses of cola and raised his glass. “To the fall of the Faros name… and the rise of a new empire.”
They clinked glasses—three shadows united under one purpose.
The Saboteurs’ Symphony
The pact between Cal Faros, Mr. Clown, and Flint was not just for revenge—it was for total control of Thundarr’s future. Their first move? A two-pronged assault: one to sabotage Falcon and Shecon from within the forest, and the other to publicly ruin their reputation across the city.
Sabotage in the Forest
Deep in Thundarr Forest, where Falcon and Shecon had returned to training after months of isolation, Tiwa the fairy sensed something dark in the trees. But even her foresight couldn’t prevent the sabotage set in motion.
Clown’s mercenaries, disguised as innocent herbal traders, smuggled explosive Thundranum shards and planted them near the Cave of Falcon. The goal wasn’t to kill—it was to destroy their sanctuary, their sense of security.
On a rainy night, the shards were triggered remotely.
BOOM.
The Cave of Falcon shook, half-collapsing. Sulari cried in Rita’s arms as smoke filled the air.
Faro grabbed her and leapt to safety, his instincts strong, but his powers still fragile. Rita covered them both, her boomerang missing, her hands trembling. They barely escaped—but the symbol of Falcon’s legacy was now rubble.
Public Betrayal
Meanwhile in Thundarr City, Cal launched the second phase. Using his access to media networks, he released a fabricated documentary titled:
“The Truth Behind the Falcon: Secrets of Rita and Her Lover.”
Footage from Clown’s surveillance empire—doctored and re-edited—showed Rita in compromising conversations. Faro was shown with blurred visuals of explosive training, falsely tied to rebel groups. Even Sulari was labeled “a child of betrayal.”
Public trust collapsed.
Cal, appearing on live broadcast as the CEO of the now rebranded Clown Cola, said:
“We must not let symbols of hope become symbols of deceit. The Faros legacy needs to be cleansed. I will lead that cleansing.”
Crowds rioted. Statues of Falcon in the city were vandalized. Shecon’s name was removed from the Wall of Guardians.
Tiwa, bruised and shaking, appeared before Rita and Faro that night.
“They’ve declared war. Not just with swords—but with stories. And right now… the people believe them.”
